Antioch SDA Church
WHERE EVERY STORY MATTERS.

Pastor Josie Asencio

We would like to welcome our new pastor, Josie Asencio.
She has been a foster parent, is a trained chaplain, a doctoral student and someone who enjoys going on adventures. She has gone skydiving, cliff diving, Scuba diving and loves Disneyland!
She loves having fun, laughing and believes that the Christian walk should be immersed in fun, laughter, vulnerability and authenticity. It is her desire to follow God's calling wherever He may lead.
Her life verse is. 1 JOHN 4:11-12 which says:
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. (1 John 4:11-12 NIV)
It is her desire that those she ministers to gain a clearer understanding of what it looks like to have an authentic relationship with God and God’s people as we wrestle with questions like: How do I recognize God’s voice? How can I get along better with others? What is God asking of me?
What we offer you
Committed Pastoral care.
Getting the pastoral help you need at the right time is imperative. We make sure that our visitors and members have the pastoral support they need.
Biblical teaching and preaching
Understanding the Bible can be difficult and finding answers to life's most important questions can seem impossible. Our church places high value on making sure our teachings are firmly grounded in God's Word.
A safe place for multi-cultural, multi-generational community.
It can be challenging sometimes to know your family is completely accepted just the way you are. We take pride in our very multi-cultural congregation and we offer the accommodations needed for nursing Mothers and our elderly visitors and members.
Our Services
We have Bible class at 9:45 am every Saturday morning for babies, children, teens and adults! Join us for ROMA-Round right after for fellowship, ROMA, Tea, and other treats at 10:45 am in the foyer! Our church service starts right afterwards at 11:05 AM. Thanks for checking out our website and we hope to meet you soon!
